DVN Development is an architect-led real estate development company focused on hospitality, residential, and mixed-use places. We originate opportunities and guide them through feasibility, capitalization, design, construction, and operations.

A SMALL HOSPITALITY PROJECT WITH A BIG POINT OF VIEW.
Developed and designed by DVN in Wardensville, West Virginia, Será at Sandy Ridge is a two-villa hospitality property set across 12.5 acres bordered on three sides by the George Washington National Forest. At completion the property will include three-villas and four experiential tree houses.
The project brings site planning, architecture, private wellness amenities, landscape, brand, and operations together as one hospitality product.

THE PRODUCT IS THE PROJECT.
In hospitality, the revenue model and the guest experience are not separate exercises. Room planning, views, amenities, maintenance, staffing, and operational autonomy all affect both the architecture and the underwriting.
Será is where we test those decisions in the real world, as developer, architect, owner, and operator.

Farm Stays by Será is a new hospitality development model built around working farms with a strong sense of place, real agricultural identity, and room for thoughtful growth.
DVN and Será are developing partnerships that pair site-specific lodging with the productive life of the farm, creating a new revenue stream while preserving what makes the property worth visiting in the first place.
We are actively looking for farm partners, landowners, and aligned investors interested in helping bring the first locations to life.
